Returns & Refunds Policy

Customers may request a return within 7–14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.
To initiate a return, customers should contact us with their order details and reason for return. Once the return is approved, instructions will be provided on how to send the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
